There are specific rules for creating your FREE password. You can change your password from your computer or your Blackberry. The instructions are listed below:

Rules for creating your FREE password from your computer:

1. Log in using the following login information: username = firstname.lastname, password = free. For example, a user whose name is Sarah Jones would login with username = sarah.jones and password = free.

PLEASE NOTE: Use your most current username in case you changed it from the one assigned to you previously.

2. Click on "My Account" on the left menu.
3. Click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page.
4. Change your username in the box provided to what you would like to use for the remainder of the study.
5. Change your password from the one assigned to one that you choose. IT MUST OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES!!!

• It must be at least 7 letters/number long.
• It must contain at least 1 lower case character
• It must contain at least 1 upper case character
• It must contain at least 1 number
• Example good passwords (please don’t use these!) are:
  Password1, userName5, Hello2U, sIlLyG1rL
• Example bad passwords (ABSOLUTELY DON’T USE THESE!) are:
  password, 123456, myname, mycatsname, MYSCHOOL, free
• Click "submit" to save the changes.

To change your password from your Blackberry, do the following:

1. Go to FREE website (www.xploreengineering.org).
2. Scroll down to FREE Member Login.
3. Hold down (longer than a click) trackwheel button. You should see the "Loading" message at the bottom of your screen.
4. Scroll down to user login.
5. Enter FREE website username (listed as "website username" on handout sheet with all girls' names and BB phone numbers).
6. Enter PW=[assigned password or the one you've created].
7. Click on login.
8. Scroll down to my account and hold down trackwheel.
9. Scroll down until you see Account information.
10. Enter new FREE email address=firstname.lastname@xploreengineering.org.
11. Enter new PW using the following rules:
• It must be at least 7 letters/number long.
• It must contain at least 1 lower case character
• It must contain at least 1 upper case character
• It must contain at least 1 number
• Example good passwords (please don’t use these!) are:
  Password1, userName5, Hello2U, sIlLyG1rL
• Example bad passwords (ABSOLUTELY DON’T USE THESE!) are:
  password, 123456, myname, mycatsname, MYSCHOOL, free
• Click "submit" to save the changes.

You MUST remember your own password; you are the only one who will know it. If you forget your password, it will be a hassle for you to get a new one.
