Hazardous Physics is a website by physics student and occasional tinkerer Christopher Gerekos. It contains articles on all the devices he built, from large-scale projects such as Tesla coils or a 3000J coilgun, to smaller-scale ones such as Arduino nixie clocks. Emphasis is put on explaining all the aspects of the projects with great rigour, from the physics and mathematics of the phenomena involved to the practical construction of the device.
